Terms of use.

Settlement Match is a local utility for organizing evidence around a processor payout. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Not accounting advice

The tool performs arithmetic from the values and selections you provide. It does not certify a reconciliation, post to a ledger, calculate tax, or replace professional judgment. You are responsible for verifying mappings, source files, and exported reports.

Local data and availability

You are responsible for keeping source files and exported records. Browser storage can be cleared by you, your browser, or your device. The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular accounting purpose.

Pro purchase

Pro is a $19 one-time license for reusable local column maps and unbranded signed print reports. The free matcher and exports remain available without it. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles checkout and refunds. A refund revokes the license. A license may be restored on your own devices and may not be resold.

Acceptable use and liability

Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to interfere with its delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
