Privacy, in plain terms.

Settlement Match is designed so your customer and financial CSV data does not need to leave your device.

What stays local

Imported CSV rows, column mappings, transaction selections, reviewer notes, and signed reports are processed in your browser and stored in its IndexedDB database. A Pro license token and reusable column map are stored in localStorage. We do not receive this data.

What reaches the network

The application files are served by Sociobot. If you restore or use a Pro license, your license token is sent to the Sociobot billing API only to verify it. Checkout is hosted by Sociobot/Dodo, the merchant of record, under their checkout privacy terms. There are no analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts, or bank connections.

Your controls

Use “Export data” to download the current local workspace. Use “Delete local data” to remove imported rows and reports. You can also clear this site’s browser storage. Clearing storage cannot be undone, so export first if you need a record.
